The flat is 15 minutes walk from the general hospital and would be ideal for anyone working or studying there.

It has Virgin broadband, telephone and cable television all included in price.

There is off-road parking and the city centre and New Forest are both easily accesible from the location

I'm easy going, easy to get along with and I'm clean and tidy.

During the week, I'll be about the flat in the evenings but at weekends I'm generally away jumping out of planes.

I'm looking to share with someone who is friendly, clean and tidy.

I would prefer a professional or post graduate student. Couples are welcome but the price would then go up to £425pcm to cover the higher bills.
