My name is Sophie and looking for a lodger.
The flat is situated next to Langstone campus, city buses and major access roads.
Although there is no dedicated parking, parking is available to first come first served.
I like to keep my home tidy and would expect the same in the shared area (Lounge, kitchen, bathroom and toilet)...how you keep your room is up to you! I promise to respect your space and would appreciate the same in return.

I work 6 days a week and studying in my spare time so really looking for minimum disruption...no party! Sorry... been there and I ended up spending a lot of money repairing damages :-(

So if you are looking for peace and quiet then this may be the place you are looking for!

The room is a good size double neutraly decorated (cream), furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and sofa bed.

The rent includes all utility bills and brodband but excludes Council Tax.
