The room has a feature fireplace and is fully furnished with a double bed, built in cupboard, under bed storage, desk and wireless broadband access.

The property has Sky TV linked between the lounge and main bedroom, the previous tennant used a Freeview box with a portable ariel in their. 15 minute walk from Southampton Central train station and less than 5 minutes to local bus routes. I have a house rabbit but he does not run freely! I am looking for someone friendly and sociable but who likes their own space too, I sometimes work long hours and like time to myself! This is definitely not a student house opportunity. Bills extra 50 pm.
