A flat that would be shared with three other people, two females and one male aged 18-20. The flat is conveniently located on linthorpe road which is the main street through middlesbrough centre.
The house is fully furnished including plates, cutlery, washing machine, oven, microwave, a double bed in each room and broadband access included in the rent.
Water, gas and electric bills are all included in the rent price.
The rent averages at 63 pounds a week within a contract from now until next july with a chance to renew.
The flat is located above a shop but we have been assured that noise from the shop below should not be an issue.
It is conveniently located next to a take away, 24 hour paper shop and a medium sized somerfields supermarket.
The house consists of a kitchen/living area with a television provided.
The house contains four rooms, two HUGE rooms and two large rooms. If you accept the offer then you would unfortunately be left with a large room!
The rent has been described to us as four months at 195 per month followed by the remainder of the term however you can go into the nearby estate agents office and hand over the rent weekly if you find this more convenient.

All the housemates (myself included) are sociable people who are always up for a laugh but also respect one anothers privacy. All of us are non smokers and the majority of pets are not allowed by the estate agents though if you desire a pet that is not a cat or dog they are open for discussion and any pets would be welcomed into the house (we must however warn you that housemate sara asked for a pig and was turned down!).
Icarus (the male one) lived in halls last year. Helen is a first year just starting out and Sara is in her third year but this is her first year out of home.
