Great location, nice street plenty of on street parking available right in front of house, lots of bus stops directly outside. Five minute drive into city centre takes about 20 minutes to walk to ecclesall road, about the same to walk in to the city centre.
My house is newly renovated/decorated throughout and really comfortable and cozy- all new furniture, new kitchen, large LCD TV, new dishwasher, washing machine, fast wireless broadband etc.

Im looking for a female lodger ideally.
