We have a furnished double room available from 8th October 2011.

We are a young(ish!) couple living in Girton which is a nice village just a short distance from Cambridge, it's an ideal location if you want to be close to the centre without all the hustle and bustle of the city. Local amenities are just a short walk away with shop, gym and pubs. It's just a 10 minute cycle from the centre of Cambridge and there is a regular bus service.

As for us, we are quite an active couple who like to keep fit in our spare time, we also have 2 young cocker spaniel dogs who keep us pretty busy. We are ideally looking for someone who likes dogs and is pretty chilled out generally. Although our dogs are very adorable they do have their lively moments which may not suit all, saying that if you like dogs you'll love them.

The house itself has all the mod cons such as washer/dryer, microwave, sat tv etc. We also have broadband which can be used on your own wireless computer or you would be welcome to use our computer. The cost of the room is £450 which includes bills.

Mon-Fri let would be considered.
