Good parking, good for buses and for the Wibsey Morrisons and Matalan, which are just 2 minutes away.
The dining kitchen is huge, with all the pots and pans you could need and there's a barbie and picnic bench in the yard. Comfy lounge has a big TV with a cable channel set (inc sports)and new furniture.
This is a nice place that's really handy for the centre and most areas of Bradford via the ring road.
Rent is all inclusive, so you don't pay for council tax, energy, water, cable TV or broadband. There's even a cleaner who does the shared areas once a week and this is also included in the rent.
PLEASE NOTE: this house is not so convenient for the University
