I have a large fully furnished double room available to rent within the sort after City of Portsmouth. Close to all Portsmouth transport links and within walking distance to Northend shopping high street.

The fully furnished Double room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and curtains. The room also includes its own telephone point and broadband modem and wireless router, also a virgin media tv box (which has a lot more channels than just having freeview!! lol) A TV with unit, DVD player and bed linen can be provided at no extra charge.

You will have full access to the whole of the house, including the garden and lounge/Dining area, kitchen and the washing machine!

Students are welcome and with Portsmouth University close by this would be an excellent location.

Couples are also welcome at an additional cost, please enquire.
