Room available in my own home in the Kenton area of Newcastle. Room is a good size with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, shelving, desk and chair, new curtains and blind, all bedding and rugs.
All the bills are included like council tax, sky and wireless broadband with HD tv, telephone, fuel, water, bt line and household insurance.
This is a family home so I do care for the house very well and I consider myself friendly and willing to help. I do need someone responsible
and respectful of my property. I have a cat and a dog so I would love someone who does likes pets. They love human company so if you like animals then you will like my place.

The house is located right next to Kenton lane, close to the A1, Gosforth, Kingston Park and access to the city centre is very easy... I know because I make that journey every day.

If a couple if interested in the room I will have to adjust the rent to suit especially fuel usage.
