I am an easy going individual who likes to keep the place clean and tidy. I enjoy dinners in and sometimes a glass of wine, but also understand that people need their own space. As a resident landlord I am always available and I will draw up proper lease agreement to keep everyone right. I would like whoever moves in to feel that this is not just renting a room, but a place to make their home.

My flat mate is also an easy going guy who holds a responsible job. He is friendly and sociable.

There are great transport links: Mosspark Train station is 5 mins walk away and Cardonald train station is 15 mins walk away. Great bus services that travel to all areas of the city. The Clyde Tunnel is a 5 min drive away as are the M77 and M8 motorways. On street parking is free and safe.

3 large supermarkets nearby, easy travelling distance to Braehead and Silverburn Shopping centres, 2 large parks and a gym nearby.

The neighbours are nice and civilised :)
