We have 2 large furnished rooms in a professional, friendly houseshare.

Location: liverpool L9.

Only 3 train stops from the city centre & just a 2 or 3 minute walk to Walton and Rice Lane Stations and the main road (A59) for buses & taxis. Journey time to the city centre takes 10 to 20 min depending on the time of day. Situated on a quiet street & close to all ammenities. Just a 5 min walk to a large shopping centre. The house has off-street parking & free on-street parking. There is Wireless broadband & SKY TV included in the rent. Large lounge and kitchen on the ground floor and a smaller kitchen on the 2nd floor. There are 3 bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer leading to a well kept south facing garden.

We also have a housekeeper who cleans all common areas and bathrooms, although we do keep the place well ourselves it's nice to have it freshened up.

The minimum stay allowed is 2 months.

If you are a couple, we have one very large room available for you. The monthly rent for a couple is £495 incuding all bills. (based on a minimum 3 month contract)

£330 per month for a single person (based on a minimum 3 month contract)

£400 per month for a single person (based on a 2 month contract)

Bills include: Council tax, gas, electricity, water, wireless-broadband, SKY Plus, TV License and cleaner. Everything basically.!

Only professionals and mature students will be considered & you must be clean, considerate & trustworthy. We don't just take anyone into the house.
