Hi, we are two 26 year old guys (Matt and Hadley), working in creative industries. We're looking for a housemate to join us in a relaxed and friendly household. We live quite independently but enjoy cooking, watching a film or have a drink together in the evening. Our previous housemate is moving in with his girlfriend, so this room is now available.

The room was recently decorated, light, spacious with wooden flooring and plenty of storage. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dresser. The flat is spread over two split level floors in a Victorian house, it has a spacious living room (sofa, two armchairs, dinner table), kitchen, bathroom and a second toilet. It also benefits from a large TV with Sky and wireless internet.

The transport links are excellent with Bermondsey tube only a 7 minute walk away and a bus stop 30 seconds from the front door. The 1 bus goes to Tottenham Court Road via Waterloo and the 78 goes to Liverpool Street Station via Tower Bridge, both are very useful. Alternatively you can easily walk to London Bridge in 25 minutes. Even getting home late at night is easy.

A bike could be stored in the bedroom as it is a good size.
