VIEWINGS THIS WEEKEND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 6 and 7 DECEMBER!

We are looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who unfortunately is moving out, as he is going back to Germany to continue his studies.

There is therefore one large double room that becomes available from December 18th (move in date flexible). The contract runs until August 18 2015, and it is renewable.

We are four girls, Elena, Belen, Tracy, and Vanessa two PhD students at the LSE, and two young professionals.

We are keen on having someone aged between 25 and 30. Mature students, professionals, boys or girls are welcome to apply.

The house is very large and just a stone's throw away from Stoke Newington high street and Church street. There is a sitting room, a small back garden, two bathrooms, and all rooms have a double bed.

The room is furnished, and the house is ready to move in. The rent is £640pcm, bills are on top and are maximum £35 per month (Internet, gas, and electricity).

We have been so far a rather sociable house-share, and we are willing to keep it that way. We often go out for a meal, drink, and also enjoy nights at home with a movie, and food.
