The property is a three bedroom, semi-detached house located within a quiet cul-de-sac. There's a garage and driveway so parking is no problem. The garden is a blank canvas - any keen gardeners would be most welcome! Bills are included (council tax, utilities, internet, tv licence) which is one less thing to budget for. You'll have access to the washing machine and tumble drier. We're looking for a friendly tenant willing to keep the place clean and tidy :)

You'll be sharing the house with just one other person, who has their own en suite which means you have the main bathroom to yourself.
