Double Bedroom in 2 bed semi-dettached house

My name is Simon. I live in Bishops Cleeve on the outskirts of Cheltenham town centre (like 3 or 4 miles to the High St).

I'm 26, originally from Wolverhampton but now live in Cheltenham, i'm a Chartered Accountant and work as a Finance Business Partner so the usual Monday to Friday job.

I have a 2 double bedroom house (which i own), with garden, driveway, garage. Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe, draws. Got your usual white goods, have Sky installed, 30mb broadband, and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

I also have a little Staffy called Sully who is soft as pie and very well behaved :)

Im easy going & get along with anybody. Room is advertised at £300 p/m incl. all bills and a cleaner (as above) but only available Monday to Friday (4 nights) as i have a friend who stays with me Friday and Saturday night.
