Good sized double room (furnished with double bed, bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa and mirror), which has just been decorated this week, and a nice bathroom adjoining it - the only rooms on the 2nd floor of the house, so plenty of privacy. The house is a Georgian terraced, located on at the top of the high street and backs onto Sandford Park, so has great amenitites just a few minutes walk. It's conveniently positioned for the town centre and also has offroad parking. There is broadband, sky tv, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer all available. I live in the house with my girlfriend, but I work in a boarding school and so am usually only at the house on a Thursday during term time, meaning it's fairly peaceful!
