Really nice location in GL52 overlooking countryside near Sainsburys with parking directly outside the house on the road or on the drive The other housemates are all professional aged 24 – 33. Within walking distance of the twon centre.
The rent of £525 per calendar month includes all the utilities except phone. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tv, garden, wifi etc. There are no agency fees, but there is a one-off fee of £30 for the tenant referencing. Also deposit of £300 required. I will be arranging viewings over weekend 5/6 September.
