This is an excellent opportunity to live in a superb, 5 year old, 3 Bed Detached house in Cheltenham, it is close to many amenities, local businesses and GCHQ. I work away most of the week so my flatmate will have the house to themselves most of the time - therefore this is really great value for money. The bedroom offered is a decent sized double with chest of drawers and wardrobe. Although I am not offering the main bedroom that has an ensuite; the new flatmate will have sole use of the main bathroom (bath / shower). There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet /sink.

The kitchen / kitchen dinner has all the expected appliances with access to a lawned garden with shed (ideal for bike storage etc) - so plenty of room for a summer BBQ with friends. The living room is cosy with a leather 2 pc suit and new HD TV. When I'm not at home you are free to use the garage too; although outside parking is also available. An ideal flatmate would be a fellow professional, however I would be happy to share my home with any friendly, considerate and tidy male. I'm a
