I have a houseshare in Cheltenham just off Priors Rd – I rent it out to 5 professionals (currently 2 guys and 2 girls). I have a room available from the end of August. The room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY and is available 26 August. It is fully furnished with 4 ft double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Really nice location in GL52 near Sainsburys with parking directly outside the house on the road or sometimes on the drive. The other housemates are aged 24 – 31.
The rent of £400 per calendar month includes all the utilities except phone. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, tv, garden, wifi etc. There are no agency fees, but there is a one-off fee of £30 for the tenant referencing. Also deposit of £300 required.
