I love to share my home with 2 other independent, considerate, clean and tidy, professional females. Due to work, I shall be away a lot. It is in a beautifully quiet residential area. Both the upstairs double room/large single; approximately10’10” x 8’8” and available from now onwards and the downstairs double room (occupied) are for single occupancy. They are fully furnished with 4ft beds and have stripped floors with rugs, wardrobe, desk/dressing table and chair. The kitchen is modern and appliances include cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and water distiller. Free, unlimited fibre broadband, gas, water, electricity, council tax are all included. A large, immaculate, shared bathroom includes a large shower and separate bath. The shared sitting room has French doors onto the 44ft, South facing, back garden with a patio and garden furniture. There is free 24 hour on-street parking. Approximately 7 minutes walk from Waitrose or Tesco, 15 from Cheltenham Spa train station, close to motorway, 4 minutes from bus routes and 15 minutes walk into the town centre.
