This light and bright house comprises living room, dining area, kitchen, utility, bathroom and a courtyard garden with BBQ, parking is available with a permit. The price includes all bills, WI-FI and Sky TV, bedding can be supplied if needed. The house is occupied by myself, an easy going 37 year old professional.
