There are two furnished double bedrooms available with a separate bathroom for guests (currently just planning to rent one room)
- Bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lamp, desk and chair.
- Clean towels and bedding are included or you may prefer to bring your own.
- Outside, off road parking or secure bike shed
- All bills included with unlimited BT broadband and TV.

I live with my two children (son 18 and daughter 14) and up to 1 other house guests). I run a private health practice from an additional room on the ground floor, therefore I like to keep my house clean and tidy for my family, clients and tenants so I would be looking for similarly considerate people, easy going and with a good sense of humour.

We have a new Cockerpoo puppy.
My family and I have our bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor and our guests occupy a separate floor above and share a bathroom.

There is also a very large rear, sunny garden and lots of parking at the front of the house.

The house is situated in on the Hales Road, it is a 10-15 mins walk into town and 25 mins to the racecourse. It has its own local shops, pubs, swimming pool, hospital and park within very short walking distance.

GCHQ, Cheltenham Spa station and the M5 are all within easy access, as is the lovely shopping area of Montpelier and The Suffolks. Restaurants, food stores and bars, all close by.

There is good security in place with a commercial fire alarm, burglar alarm and evening low level lighting.

There is no deposit required, instead a chargeable admin fee of £100 for check-in and check out.
