The room has a slight sloped ceiling as its an attic room. This level is shared with another bedroom. Lovely and warm room.

The other rooms are very large and come totally furnished.

Looking for a sociable housemate. Must be clean, tidy and considerate of other people's working hours. No preference on gender as long as they are clean. English speaking housemates are a must.

The landlord is really lovely and will sort out any issues you may have as soon as he can.

The £360 a month is inclusive of all bills.

There is road side parking outside the house but it is very hit and miss as to whether you can get a space, however there is a road just around the corner that you can leave the car safely.

Perfect walking distance for town.
