Also available a self contained cottage with terracotta tiled under floor heating, with one double bedroom, a sitting room with leather sofa flat screen TV and wifi. There is a private covered pergola with seating and BBQ. Available either 4/7 nights serviced or un serviced. Contractors welcome

There is a washing machine and tumble drier the use of which is included in the rent.

We are located less than a mile from Cheltenham town centre (Swindon village side} on the A4019 Tewkesbury Road next door to the Gloucester Old Spot Pub! Great beer and food. (M5 junction 10 access two minutes) near the village of Elmstone Hardwicke.

We have a three acre gated home with a fishing lake and secure parking and ....the best bit... fishing is free to residents!

In the garden there is a lovely shaded veranda seating area with BBQ for communal use.
