The area is surrounded by nature and lakes.
Walking distance to nearest pub.
I spend most of the weekends at home.
Mon-Fri sharer is sought: occasional weekends can be negotiated.
House has broadband, TV in communal lounge, and facilities for a TV in the bed-room. There are three balconies with amazing views and entertaining facilities.
I'm easy going and love a bit of wine and laughter, and the outdoors.
The smaller room on the first floor has easy access to exclusive use of a shower room on the third floor.
Two rooms are available. One other room will be left available for guests and visitors.
There will be a max of 2 tenants (excl.. me) renting.
