Double room 7 days a week £390, Monday to Friday is also ok. It is a detached house 20 minute drive from Cheltenham and 20 minutes walk from Gloucester centre. Upstairs Bathroom with bath/shower/sink/toilet. Downstairs wet-room with shower/sink/toilet. A lounge, large open plan dining room and kitchen.
A very quiet road, double drive parking and on road parking. I am a non smoker so would not allow smoking in the house including e-cigarettes/vapourisers.
I have a large South facing garden.
Ideal for those without transport as bus stop is less than a minute walk.
I would prefer 6 month minimum though short term is still considered.
It is a clean house with plenty of space. I do not drink so there is no worry of being kept awake by partying in the house and it is a relaxed atmosphere. I work fulltime I am out several evenings and when in enjoy cooking, watching tv, reading/studying and walking, especially mountain walks in Wales. Thanks David Stevens
