Large, sunny attic room (15' x 11'). A quiet room, with private landing and bathroom. Also available is another room (12' x 11') that could be used as an office / sitting room etc. This is optional: we charge £150 pcm additional rent if it is required.

The bedroom has a large window overlooking the garden and wooded valley. Well insulated, the room is cosy in the winter, sunny and airy in the summer. Full GCH throughout. Lobby/landing is private, so could be used as dressing room or study.

The attic is currently furnished with double bed, hanging, drawers, table and chairs etc., could be let unfurnished if required.

All bills are included, broadband available.

Kitchen, & living areas are shared with our family (M/F and 5yr old child). We have a large labrador dog. (Both the child and the dog are quiet and well behaved!!) We are a welcoming, easy going family, we work from home and choose to raise our child in a peaceful and natural environment.

Our ideal housemate will be cheerful and fun to get along with. They will like children and dogs, enjoy a nice home and garden. Being clean and tidy in the shared areas is important. If peace and solitude is required, that is absolutely fine, the house layout will be ideal. If company is wanted, then we welcome friendship and inclusion in our family life.
