I am a single, professional, very easy-going and friendly female. I have 4 cats all of whom are very friendly and no trouble at all.
The room is very comfortable and you will have use of all ameneties, including washing machine and tumble dryer.
I have digital tv downtairs and wireless broadband is available. There is a virgin media connection available in the bedroom and for an additional monthly cost, this could be made available. All bills are included in the rent.
Sorry no smokers as I have just been told I have asthma.
