Cosy studio flat in countryside

We're looking for a quiet single professional lady who has a daytime job. No bills, as the rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence, internet and house insurance. We live in a 3 storey Cotswold stone house in Kingscourt. The self contained studio is on the top floor with its own entrance at the back of the house. There's a small lobby, the studio room with a cosy open plan kitchen, and a bathroom. The studio is an attic shaped room with a large South facing window with extensive views over the valley. It is peaceful and quiet.
