Live out landlord looking for a tenant for a single room.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and sociable and someone who will treat this as their home and not simply a place to kip for the night! We are two professional females and would love to find a friendly female to share our beautiful home.

The property has been fully decorated over the last month. It is a lovely Victorian house which is spread over three floors so there's lots of space and high ceilings.

Single room:
Decorated in 2012 to a high standard. Fully furnished, good sized single room. Bed, wardrobe, built in cupboard, drawers, lamp and views to the garden.

5 minute drive to M5. Walking distance (1 mile)into Stroud centre. Opposite the canal so excellent for walking in the hills or along the newly renovated canal.

The house consists of:
First floor:
Entrance hallway which has a tiled floor and space to hang coats.

A large lounge/dining room which has just been decorated to an excellent standard. Original Victorian cupoards, windows, floorboards and fireplaces.

A galley kitchen at the rear, lots of cupboard space and access to the garden.

Second Floor:
Bathroom with original rolltop Victorian bath, separate large shower. Tiled floor with underfloor heating PLUS built-in radio speakers in the ceiling!
