A friendly home, a quiet place, a roomy bedroom, with the sole use of your own large family bathroom in a four bedroom home very close to town, the college, train, bus station, shops, or cinema a two minute walk in any direction, yet tucked away in a quiet private cul-de-sac and with country walks on the doorstep with fields just 100 yards up the lane.

Includes council tax and all the bills and a cleaner.

The bedroom has a top quality super comfy luxury three quarter size bed, a TV, a double built in wardrobe, lamps, chest of drawers and book shelves, two seater sofa and a chair. I don't mind moving furniture out if you wish to add a desk or similar. A quality duck down duvet, I can provide cotton sheets and towels if you wish.

A large family bathroom with shower, loo, bidet and bath just to yourself. There is a private garden, with use of sun loungers and garden chairs.

Wireless Broadband, Sky in the lounge only, a Smart TV in kitchen, TV in your bedroom, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, garden, drive for parking four cars, garage for bike.

We are very friendly and welcoming and I would like someone fairly quiet who is working.....
