I currently have a large and spacious double room for rent in my characterful 3 bed townhouse. It has stripped floors, white walls, woodburner, huge oven/stove, wifi, nice spacious kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath etc and only 2 mins walk to Stroud high st, train & bus station. The room is simply and tastefully furnished. The picture of the one double room only shows about half the room so it is very spacious. Parking is always available on the street within 200metres.
It would be to share with me (though I am not there much) and one other housemate/tenant. Would suit a friendly, quiet, clean and tidy person who is happy to do their share of the cleaning to keep the house nice.
The rent includes all bills...
