The available double bedroom can be part/unfurnished to suit you and it measures 14' x 10'.

The local area is friendly and has good services: a small Tesco's and a Co-op, post office, doctors, dentists, chemist, dry cleaners, butcher, baker, delis, off-licence, takeaways, pubs and restaurants, an independent cinema, swimming pool, and more all within easy walking distance of the flat.

Preference will be given to a person with mature outlook and sense of humour, but otherwise age immaterial. Ability to move soon would give you priority over other candidates.

I'm fairly chilled; bit of a night owl. My wild partying days are behind me, but I am still sociable and have a dry SOH. I'm looking for someone to be part of the life of the house, and who is no stranger to a duster! Mutual respect for privacy is a given as is ability to forgive cheesy dance tunes, played *con brio* while hoovering.
