Large single furnished room to let in friendly family household. If you are looking for a loud, sociable, party house, then this is not the place for you!

All bills included (except telephone calls if used). Single bed with memory foam mattress, which has a pull out guest bed making into a double or twin beds, wardrobe, drawers and TV/freeview. Use of wireless broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath plus a separate downstairs WC. Large garden with trampoline!

Astley is 10 miles west of Manchester nr Tyldesley and Leigh. Easy access to Manchester, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington and Haydock/St Helens. Regular buses into Manchester City Centre.

We are a couple with two children aged 8 & 6 who are well behaved and not too noisy! We also have a cat who spends much of the time outside.
