I am the owner of a two bed apartment in the desirable end of Castlefield - Potato Wharf.

Price is 795 per calendar month, and this includes all bills and a monthly cleaner.

My current tenant is due to move out after 2-3 years and I am looking for a replacement. I have also purchased a house with my boyfriend which we are currently in a chain with. I will also therefore also be moving out of the flat and replacing the other en-suite bedroom with a tenant eventually/as soon as this occurs. The timescales on this are unknown at the moment however we would hope to be in mid 2020 if not before assuming the people we are buying the house from find somewhere soon.

The room on offer is a spacious double containing a bed, bedside table, a wardrobe, a chest of draws and a small TV. The room will also have brand new carpet and a fresh lick of paint. You will also have sole use of the main bathroom as I have my own on-suite. The Bathroom is also lovely and spacious.

My flat itself is very nice and on the 6th floor of the building (above the red box), I have spend a lot of time, money and effort doing it up and I am looking for someone who will appreciate this and take care of it like their own.

There is a big open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with a separate storage pantry containing the washing machine/dryer, food storage etc.

At the moment the kitchen and lounge is fully furnished with furniture as well as all cooking equipment, as well as a TV. I will therefore likely to take much of the home-ware things I want to keep with me when I leave, however I am likely to leave the essentials.

I also have a balcony which the sun stays and sets on (meaning the flat always has sun and is always warm and no need for regular heating in winter).

In terms of the ideal tenant - I am looking for someone very VERY clean, tidy and respectful. I am busy out and about/visiting friends/family some weekends and some week nights. The rest of the time I usually come home from work, cook dinner and then chill out watching TV etc. My boyfriend also usually stays most weekends and some week days depending on our schedule.
