We are live in owners and would welcome a new lodger. The house is spotless, spacious with a shared bathroom and garden; and home to 2 cats. Both of us work 2 jobs so are often out in the evenings and Saturday day time and school holidays. Rent is pcm and includes all bills. The room needs looking at to appreciate the size. We look forward to finding our next lodger!
