3rd housemate for lovely Chorlton home wanted ASAP

Hi!

We're looking for a new housemate for an immediate move for our house in Chorlton as our current housemate is leaving to work abroad.

The house is situated in a fairly quiet road just off Manley Road about an 8-10 minute walk to the centre of Chorlton and its many bars, cafes and shops such as Morrisons, Unicorn etc. It is also close to the Metrolink Chorlton stop and bus routes into the centre of town.

It consists of 4 bedrooms (1 is tiny and we use this for storage), bathroom with bath/shower, spacious lounge/dining area, well-equipped kitchen and a garden. We also have a garage and driveway.

The bedroom itself has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and drawers. All the furniture is pretty new and in good condition.*Please note that the bedroom we are advertising is a ground-floor bedroom*

Living in the property will be myself (Jonny) and Matt. We are young professionals who are really outgoing and i'd say pretty cool to live with!

We're looking for someone that's also quite sociable. We don't go out loads because we and many of our friends work in the arts and anyone in that field will know they're not the best paid jobs in the world!

But we still have fun and like to have a laugh. We're hoping to find someone else like us too! I think we could both be described as pretty easy-going and down-to-earth as well.

Anyway, looking forward to hearing from and maybe even meeting you! We're looking for people to view the house asap as the room is available from now.

Bills are not included in the rent and we pay these monthly. Altogether bills work out to about £100 each. This includes council tax.
