Lovely large room for short term let

Do you need a short term let?
I have a lovely large bedroom overlooking the garden. The house has a large fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The rent is inclusive of bills and wifi broadband.

It is sharing with one person who is being careful with all the covid restrictions. The bedroom is not en-suite but there are two toilets separate from the bathroom which has a both and separate shower area.

If you need a comfortable place to stay short term for a specific reason this could suit you. It could be when visiting family/friends, as a research student, for a temporary work contract or when waiting for a permanent rental or house purchase to come available etc

The room would suit someone fairly independent. You would be sharing with a professional women interested in current affairs, cultural events and easy to get on with.

If you have a car the house is in the Christie Parking scheme area. There is on-street parking and I can provide a visitor parking permit during your stay. This means you will not be affected by weekday parking restrictions which apply locally.

In summary the place is quiet, comfortable, well looked after. It is close to bus routes to the City Centre, Hospital and University and near the West Didsbury tram station. It is a Victorian house with character so not a modern building but has all modern conveniences.
