Urgent Move In Asap, Furnished Large Double Room!

Hi I'm Rebecca and I currently rent a house with my flatmate who is leaving to go to pastures new, I'm hoping to find a new a friend to move in with me!
The house is an end terrace with 2 bedrooms, and one study and living/dining area which is joined on to the kitchen. It has shared bathroom and a small garden/patio area which traps the sun, so perfect for eggs on a Sunday! The room itself is a spacious double with a fire place as it's centre piece. The house is located near didsbury village and close to all the great pubs and cafes. Buses and tram stop is a 5 minute walk away.
The place is unfurnished so most of the furniture in the house is mine. The bed in the photos is my housemates and I think he'll be taking that in August but yo could use my futon after that if you wanted!

About me! I am 33 years young. I work as a doctor in a hospital and work shifts and weekends etc, which can mean I'm sometimes not at home - great for an evening or two to yourself! When I'm not working I like outdoorsy type things like walking and cycling. I love to have a glass of wine/cup of tea and chat/debrief/put the world to rights of an evening. I dabble at going to the gym and I'm a big fan of eating either in with an attempt at cooking or out - in one of the many restaurants Manchester has to offer.

Ideally someone could move in ASAP :) i'm looking for someone to sign with me for 6 or 12 months.
