Allocated, gated, secure parking, with visitors spaces available. The balcony is fantastic in the summer, with a lovely outdoor patio area to relax and unwind.

You will be sharing with myself, and maybe one other person. Utilities (Sky TV, internet, TV licence, water and electricity bills) are included. Council tax is additional.

Surrounding area :

A short drive to the vibrant Salford Quays and Trafford Centre - easy access to lots of restaurants, shops, cinemas, theatre etc. Very close to a bus stop going into the city centre or a 10 minutes walk to tram (only a short ride into the city centre), close to local monton shops, restaurants & gym. Only a 5 minute walk from Hope Hospital.

About me :

I am a 27 year old professional, who would ideally like to live with one or two female professional roommates. I love cooking and relaxing during weekday evenings, with the occasional glass of wine, dinner with friends or the cinema. I work hard during the week, and often work shifts, so when I'm not working at weekends, I like to meet friends and go out for drinks. I am not a crazy party animal, and would like a easy going, clean flat mate, who is sociable, and also respects privacy, that I hope will become a friend :-)
