All communal areas are meticously cleaned 3 days a week ( Monday Wednesday and Friday ).

This accommodation comprises of a 32" LCD TV ( With Full access to all channels in HD ).

Rapid hard wired internet connection ( up to 100MB ) plus Wi-Fi ( capped @ 20mb )

Double bed with good quality mattress and a Memory foam cover. ( You need to bring your own bedding as it is not supplied )

Full size wardrobe, table, chair desk Etc, and a workstation with a chair.

The separate fully tiled and Mirrored bathroom has a 3 way powerful shower, Heated towel rail. toilet and wash basin.

There is also a large ( Shared ) kitchen that has a sink, 2 microwaves Built in Hob with an inset oven underneath and a standard grill, also a washer/drier, a washer, and a commercial tumble dryer.  

There are also kitchen cupboards to store your food/cleaning supplies.

Smoking is permitted in the garden / patio area.

10 mins walk from Monton Village which is becoming very trendy and has plenty coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a new Tesco

10 minutes the other way is a new Sainsbury's, Eccles College and Eccles Town center which has a library, sports center, large Morrison's Supermarket and you can catch the Metrolink Tram, Train or bus to Manchester City Center tram 25mins,, bus 35mins (by car its 20mins)

The Lowry Shopping Centre, Art Gallery and of course the New Media City Salford (yes we live very near it) which is occupied by the BBC, Granada / ITV, Booths supermarket

The Manchester United Stadium is close by too
Also the Trafford Centre and Trafford Park are very near (car 8 mins, bus 15 mins ).

This area also includes JJB sports stadium, David Lloyd leisure and racquets club, The Chill Factor ski and snow center, Golf Driving range, Costco and a huge Asda Supermarket.

Terms:- 1 months rent at the start of each month plus 1 month in advance, then all I will need is a months notice if you want to leave, ( you just don't pay for your final month ) we will both know where we stand all the time and no monies are owed.

Also a refundable £100 deposit required to cover any damage/breakages/lost key's/ Etc..

Rent includes all bills with nothing further to pay
