The house is a stunning 3 storey Edwardian style house situated in the middle of Fallowfield, just past the local Sainsburys and McDonalds.

Uniquely, Willowbank is situated off the main road within a gated courtyard. That means you get all the positives of the area – excellent transport links, great bars and restaurants, parks – whilst enjoying the peace and quiet of a secluded location.

The house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room/dining room and the bedrooms are all spacious and have plenty of storage. There is also a parking space in front of the house, which is free.

We are looking for a professional person who's clean and tidy but still enjoys a laugh. Please be aware that the building is non-smoking and the landlord does not allow pets.
