Three students looking for new flatmates!

Hi there,

My name is Hannah, I'm 20 years old and currently studying Philosophy at the University of Manchester. I'm now in my second year, and as of September 2015 I will be going into my third year. My flatmates are Grace (studying Geography) and Aimee (studying Biology). We're all fun, talkative, friendly people! We love going out and just as much we enjoy nights in, hanging out in the living room, cooking, music, gigs etc. We're all really good friends - looking for new people to meet!

As for the house we live in, we currently live in a big six bedroom house in Fallowfield. Sadly three of our current housemates are taking years out between their 2nd and 3rd year (industry placements), and so we're hoping to fill the rooms! It's a really nice house, garden, big kitchen, living room with television. All the bedrooms are furnished and come with desks. We have two showers and one toilet and a garden which we share with two other houses so it is very communal and friendly! We live incredibly close to a bus stop too which is always handy. We keep the house clean and tidy and none of us smoke, but we're not bothered if you do, that's cool with us :)

The rent is £349 pcm.

If we do not fill the three bedrooms, and only manage to find one, or two, new flatmates then we would still love to live with you! The plan is that we will all look together for a house in Fallowfield (there are loads) and can all enjoy third year together!!

We have no preference of what university you're in, or what year your in, or what course you're doing! We just want to make new friends and find some fun flatmates.
