Great house – 3 floors - large lounge, big garden, new kitchen and a big basement (perfect for parties)
The house has all mod cons including washing machine, 3 Fridges, and the internet access will be included in the house bills. The house has 2 bathrooms and the room has it's own basin.
The house is in the centre of Fallowfied, where all the university students live . The bus journey to university is 20 minutes maximum, and the bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the house, and there are frequent buses.
Rent is £80 inclusive of bills. 12 month tenancy – can move in from September 1st.
A really lovely room with small double bed, garden views so very quiet and your own sink.
