1 rooms to let ASAP in 5 bedroom house share

Hi there!

My friends are looking for someone to join a 5 bedroom house in Fallowfield, very central to a bus stop to the city centre/South Manchester and a 2 minute walk from the massive Sainsbury’s.

The house (so far) consists of 3 girls and 1 boy all entering their third year at The University of Manchester.
We are looking for someone immediately as the house is available to rent from August 1st. Rent is £395 pcm (excluding bills). Internet is £5 each per month and other bills are roughly £50 per term. e. g. September- January= £100 for bills. Usually paid in one go when the water/gas bills comes through rather than extra bill costs per week.

Everyone is pretty relaxed and easy going, with third year coming up everyone is getting their head down with uni work but other than they are fun people to be around. If you are quite quirky, enjoy having fun and are easy going you'll have a great time here.
