Hi.

My name is Lydia. I live in a fully furnished, three double bedroom house in Hulme near Hulme Park (<5 mins walk).

One of my existing housemates is moving out and we are looking to rent his room. It is a small double bedroom fully furnished. It is available from the 23th of November. The price of the room is 325ppm with bills on top. The bills do not exceed 80 a month over the winter period and are less over the summer period.

The house itself has a small front garden and a sizeable rear garden, ideal for BBQs. There is a good size kitchen diner and large living room downstairs. It is located around 15 minutes’ walk from both Deansgate Station and Oxford Road Station. It is very close to the main Stretford Road which has excellent bus links to town. It is also only 15 minutes’ walk from ASDA, Argos and other shops. There is also a corner shop around 5 mins walk away which has most things you would need.

We are a friendly, sociable, tidy household and I work 9-5 during the week and would be interested in someone similar.

There is an adorable and friendly cat called Morty (after Rick and Morty) living here too, who is always up for cuddles after a long day.
