Double room available in spacious 2 bed flat

Double room available in a fully furnished, spacious 2 bed flat on Hulme High Street. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom too. The property is close to all local amenities including a leisure centre, a library (both opposite), supermarket (Asda), take-outs and many fruit stalls and shops. I honestly love living in Hulme.. It's quiet, friendly and cheap, and just a 10 minute bus ride into Manchester City Centre and Chorlton. Ideally I'd like to be living with someone with the same interests, but it's not a must, although friendliness is!

I'm easy going, friendly and outgoing, I don't take myself too seriously.. I like to socialise and I like my own time too. I'd like to be living with someone who appreciates cleanliness and tidiness, which is important to me. It’s not a party flat, I like to have friends over but prefer our home to be a place I can relax in. It would be nice to live with someone who's happy to stay indoors sometimes and chill with a film and or beer and or go out with occasionally too! Must be able to laugh :D

Re your room.. the landlord will have replaced the carpet, mattress, chest of drawers and given the room a new lick of painted so expect a shiny new room!
