Whole house in Pendlebury for a group

We are looking for a group of responsible tenants for a great house in a safe, quiet street in Pendlebury, just off the Height roundabout.

Transport connections are excellent, being very near the East Lancs road into or out of Manchester, and just yards from a dozen bus routes including the very fast and frequent 36/37/38/39 that go straight into town on dedicated lanes, passing by Salford Uni and Salford Shopping Centre.

The house is equipped with new carpets and furniture throughout. The kitchen and bathroom are also new. The kitchen is very spacious and also contains the dining area.

There is a 50" TV with bluray player in the lounge. A Virgin Media subscription provides fast and unlimited broadband and large number of TV channels with catchup services.

Parking in the street in unrestricted. The house is very close to cafes, pubs and shops, including the big Aldi store, containing a sub post-office.

Bills are included, except Council Tax, which will be nil for a student group.

It is essential that housemates are clean and tidy, cooperate with cleaning rotas and allow everyone else to get a good night's sleep.
