Two rooms available in Dec/Jan

Hi there!

thanks for taking time to read my post.

I am very happy to share this beautiful property with the right housemates.

This is a home, not really a B&B, therefore I wouldn't say that I am expecting someone who throws a stand-up comedy every morning but I would be happy to share with someone who is willing to interact and a share glass of wine (make it a bottle) together.

I am afraid that there is no room for untidy people and squatters! and I mean IT!
Smokers are welcome but, as I do, we smoke in the garden not in the rest of the house.

The house comes with Gino and Antonia! and as much as I love pets, I won't be able to accommodate another dog, cat or others. So sorry!
Gino and Antonia are very well mannered/friendly dogs and, most are clean!! There is a cleaner coming weekly to clean the house and make sure that there are no hairs anywhere!

THE ROOMS AND THE RENT

Both rooms are going to be available very soon...
- Room 1: is available from beginning of Dec
- Room 2: is available from 29th Nov
There is flexibly on the dates if required.

The rent includes everything: room with dbl bed, council tax, utilities, telephone, wifi, TV license, house holds, cleaner weekly (only for communal areas, there is an extra charge for the room) and few more.

THE HOUSE
There is a super fast broadband, TV, working fireplace and all the bits&bobs that we normally need but what I hope you will appreciate the great design and space of this house: from kitchen to dining room till the large living room.
This is also a gay friendly house!

THE AREA
Very well located:
- less than 5min to the train station to Stockport and Piccadilly (7min to Piccadilly)
- less than 3min walking to the bus stop to Stockport and City centre (journey time to the centre in rush hours 25min - 10 min, no rush hours)
- 5min walking to BUTTERY (alias POD), 7min walking to the Trove caffe and the antique market, 3 min walking to the Sat food market, 1 min walking to the Blue Bell pub (an icon in Levy), 5 min walking to the very new sports and gym centre, 2 min walking to the park
