I'm looking for somebody to take over my perfectly located room in the heart of the University of Manchester campus, just behind the University Place. It is the most centrally located accommodation possible in the University, everything is literally few minutes walk away.

To let from 10th of July until 6th of September - so perfect for somebody who arrives early to Manchester before the next semester begins.

It is in a newly built George Kenyon Hall on the last 14th floor with panoramic views to the city.

The kitchen has one wall made fully with glass that provides stunning views throughout the Manchester - basically it is a penthouse flat. :)

The room has its own bathroom with toilet, washing basin and shower.

Room comes with access to Sudgen Sports Center Gym.
